Software for private clinics and medical centres

Want your clinic to run itself on the inside?

Clinipulsia brings patients in, answers on WhatsApp at any hour, books into each practitioner’s real diary, keeps follow-up in order and carries the patient through to the next review. All connected in one place.

A fuller diary. Less phone. No enquiry left unanswered.

The journey

From the advert to the next review, without losing the patient. One platform.

  1. Attract

    Captia
  2. Answer

    Atiende
  3. Follow

    CRM
  4. Continue

    Resuelve

Four parts of one journey, not four separate programs: what one stage picks up, the next one uses without exporting or copying anything.

One platform

Your centre already has enough programs. What it needs is for them to work together.

Seeing more patients shouldn’t mean hiring someone for every new task.

Scattered tools

  • A phone ringing while consultations are running
  • Another program for each practitioner’s diary
  • The website on one side, the bookings on the other
  • Consent forms, in a folder
  • A spreadsheet for follow-up
  • And the reviews, from memory

With Clinipulsia

Attracting, answering, following and continuing share the same data: each step leaves the work ready for the next, and each practitioner’s diary is always the real one.

From the first conversation to the next review without switching tools once.

Frequently asked questions

What a clinic asks before getting started.

What is Clinipulsia?

An AI platform for private clinics and medical centres that covers the whole patient journey with four connected products: Captia attracts patients from advertising and referrals, Atiende answers on WhatsApp, web and voice and books the appointment, the CRM holds the single patient record and the follow-up, and Resuelve carries continuity through to the next review.

What does Sía do, and what does it not do?

Sía is the AI assistant in Atiende. It points the patient to the right specialty and practitioner, asks whether the visit is insured or private, and books the appointment. It does not triage, assess symptoms, suggest diagnoses or recommend treatment: faced with any acute symptom it refers to the phone or to 112. It identifies itself as AI in every conversation.

How is WhatsApp connected?

Through WhatsApp Business, Meta’s messaging channel. Meta and Google ads and the website button open the conversation with a direct click, with no forms, and Sía is already answering there. Use of that channel is also subject to the Meta and WhatsApp Business policies.

How are appointments booked?

Into each practitioner’s real diary: the slot offered is a slot that exists, not a request someone reviews later. The appointment is booked, with its reminder, and the patient can reschedule or cancel from the same conversation.

What about health insurers?

Sía asks at the start whether the visit is covered by insurance or private and notes it on the patient record, so nobody gets a surprise at the front desk or has to repeat the conversation. Each insurer’s terms and authorisations are still handled by the centre with that insurer.

Where does patient data live?

The clinic is the controller of its patients’ data and Clinipulsia (Phygitalbond S.L.) acts as processor. Server location, sub-processors and international transfers are set out in the data processing agreement signed with each clinic under Article 28 of the GDPR. Inside the platform the data is treated as health data: role-based access, a log of who viewed what, and deletion on request.

The operating system for your clinic

A clinic’s diary is a pulse. Our agent walks it, clearing work as it goes.

Your team already knows how to care. Give them a system that takes care of everything else.
