Resuelve : Reminders and patient continuity

After the first consultation the hard part begins: the review nobody remembers, the consent form that cannot be found, and the one-star review on a Monday morning.

From the first consultation to the next review

With Resuelve continuity stops depending on memory: appointment and review reminders, informed consent forms kept in order, and a clear protocol for reviews and for a serious complaint.

The product

What it does Resuelve

Appointment and review reminders

Tomorrow’s reminder so the diary does not end up with gaps, and the one six months out so the review does not depend on the patient remembering. On the same channel they used.

Informed consent kept in order

The right document for each procedure, sent before the appointment, signed and stored alongside the patient record, with its date. The platform helps manage them; it does not give legal advice and does not replace the centre’s judgement.

Minors and legal representatives

When the patient is a minor, consent and communications go to whoever holds legal representation, and it is recorded who signed.

A reputation kit, not a promise of a score

A QR code for the front desk, request templates and the right moment to ask. Practical help so that happy patients also speak up. What we do not do is promise a particular score anywhere.

Reviews sorted by severity

A complaint about waiting time and a complaint about the care received are not the same and are not answered the same way. They are graded by level, and each level has its own reply and its own owner.

A protocol for a serious complaint

When something falls outside the ordinary, the alert goes up to management with the full thread and with the steps already defined, instead of ending in an improvised public reply.

A checklist per treatment type

What has to be handed over, what has to be signed and when the next appointment is due, different for each kind of process. Defined by the centre, not by us.

Questions about Resuelve

What does Resuelve do?

It carries the patient from the first consultation to the next review: appointment and review reminders, informed consent kept in order, a reputation kit and a protocol for reviews and for a serious complaint.

How do the reminders work?

The reminder for tomorrow’s appointment, so the diary is not left with gaps, and the one for the review in a few months, so it does not depend on the patient remembering. They arrive on the same channel the patient used.

How is informed consent handled?

The document for each procedure is sent before the appointment, signed and stored with the patient record, with its date. If the patient is a minor, it goes to their legal representative. The platform helps manage consent; it does not give legal advice or replace the centre’s judgement.

Does Resuelve guarantee a Google rating?

No. The reputation kit (a QR code for the front desk, request templates and the right moment to ask for a review) is operational help so that happy patients also share their view. No specific rating is promised anywhere.

What happens with a serious complaint?

Reviews are sorted by severity and each level has its own response and owner. A serious complaint goes up to management with the full thread and the steps already defined, instead of ending in an improvised public reply.
