Privacy policy
Phygitalbond S.L. is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we process the personal information we collect through this website, in compliance with Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD/GDPR, the EU General Data Protection Regulation) and Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPDGDD, the Spanish data protection act).

What information we collect
This site collects personal data through two channels, and only those two. The first is the contact form: your clinic’s name, its specialties, the number of practitioners, the contact person and their role, the email address, the telephone number (optional) and your message. It is a form for clinics and medical centres, not for patients: please do not send us health data about any specific person through it. The second is Sía, the AI assistant in the lower left corner: whatever you write to it, and whatever you choose to tell it during the conversation. There you decide what you share, so please do not give it data that is not needed for what you are asking.
In order to answer you, what you write to Sía goes out to providers with servers in the United States: the language model that drafts the reply (Anthropic or OpenAI, depending on the configuration) and the service that searches our documentation for the part that answers your question (Voyage AI). With Anthropic and OpenAI we use their API terms, which exclude the use of this data to train their models. The conversation is stored on our platform so that we can follow up with you.
Browsing the site does not build any profile about you: we use no tracking cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. You can see the full list of what we store in your browser in the cookie policy.
Purpose of the processing
We use the form data solely to answer your enquiry, handle your demo request and, if the conversation continues, maintain our commercial relationship with you. We do not use your data to send you unsolicited promotional communications, nor do we disclose it to third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is the explicit consent you give by ticking the acceptance box on the form before sending it, and the legitimate interest in dealing with the request you yourself send us.
How the form is sent
What you write in the form is sent to our own platform (Atiende), hosted on servers in the European Union, and is recorded there together with the date, your IP address and the text of the consent checkbox you ticked. No external form-forwarding service is involved any more. Any data you send us through WhatsApp or by direct email is also governed by those platforms' policies.
Your rights
As the data subject, you may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (the Spanish data protection authority, aepd.es).
Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access to or disclosure of your personal data. All traffic on this site travels encrypted (HTTPS).
Data retention
We keep the form data for as long as a commercial relationship exists or until you request its erasure, always within the periods established by the legislation in force.
Preferences saved in your browser
The site saves in your browser's local storage only usage preferences (for example, the light or dark theme chosen). That information does not leave your device and you can delete it whenever you like from your browser settings. More detail in the cookie policy.
The Clinipulsia products
The Clinipulsia products (CRM, Atiende, Captia and Resuelve) process data belonging to client clinics and to their patients, which is health data, a special category under Article 9 of the GDPR, and is handled as such. None of that happens on this website, nor is it purchased here. In that processing Phygitalbond S.L. acts as a data processor on behalf of the clinic, which is the controller of that data.
The specific terms (purposes, retention periods, sub-processors involved, server locations and international transfers) are set out in the data processing agreement signed with each clinic in accordance with Article 28 GDPR, whose annex holds the complete, up-to-date list of sub-processors. Any clinic can ask us for that annex before signing by writing to [email protected].
Providers for this website
This website is a shop window: it presents what we do, it does not sell or give access to any service. To keep it running and to be able to reply to you we use only these providers: Railway (website hosting, EU), Cloudflare (delivery network and protection against attacks), Mailjet (sending and receiving the email we reply with, France) and Sentry (error logging so we can fix them, servers in Germany).
What you write in the contact form is delivered to our own servers in the European Union and is used only to reply to you.
The Clinipulsia tools
Each Clinipulsia product (CRM, Atiende…) runs on its own domain and processes its users' data in accordance with its own privacy policy, which is shown at the time of registration.
